mag box locks up on setting

after it loads up if i go to setting it locks up i have to unplug power then power back on ..
also where is option to all ??? selection now i need select usa or uk or canada .. i liked it before ...... thanks for reading

I am also on the Mag 322 w and having the same problem going through the portal today Oct.18th can't even get into the channels if anyone knows what the problem is please post? thanks

having the same issue on mag 254. couldn't find any solution or answer anywhere
